“Expansion of Amgalan-Thermal Power Plant to ensure growth of heat consumption in the eastern region of Ulaanbaatar” Implemented under a turnkey contract, construction work and commissioning

BID INVITATION    

The Ministry of Energy invites legal entities that meet the criteria and requirements specified in the biddocuments to submit their sealed bids for the construction and commissioning of the  Expansion of Amgalan-Thermal Power Plant to ensure growth of heat consumption in the eastern region of Ulaanbaatar under the turnkey contract.

Bidders are requested to purchase each set for MNT 700,000 [seven hundred thousand] on a non-refundable basis by submitting a written request to participate in the bidto info@energy.gov.mn and the address specified in the invitation to tender documents.Please transfer the price of the bidding documents to the current account number 100900030003 in the Treasury Bank of the Ministry of Energy of Mongolia.

The bidder must clearly state in the official letter the name of the person to be contacted, the contact telephone number and the e-mail address (e-mail to be received and sent from the Mongolian e-mail address).

Bids must be delivered to the address below on March 25, 2022 at 14:00 and will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend on March 25, 2022 at 14.30.
